Keith Reise came to WeLoan tasked with growing the onsite sales team and increasing the sales volume of this division by over 300%. That is a big goal, but setting and achieving big goals is something that Keith has done his entire career. Keith started as a Loan Officer and achieved great success over the last 30 years ago. However, Keith feels that his real strength is in managing and training a sales force. He likes to focus on the individual and give each team member the support that they need to grow and become top producer. Keith doesn’t believe in the “one size fits all” mentality when managing a team. He looks to create and nurture a relationship that is most beneficial to each salesperson. Keith’s knowledge of the mortgage industry allows him and his team to truly understand the details and benefits of FHA & VA loans, Conventional loans, HELOCs & Reverse mortgages, Non-QMs and First Time Home Buyer programs, and more.

Over the years he has watched many of his LO’s go on to long successful careers at his various stops within the industry. He believes this is because he teaches his teams how to survive and thrive on their own. “You have to be willing to teach them everything” he says, “you can’t guard your knowledge or only share bits and pieces.” Keith hopes to bring a ‘sold’ sales structure to WeLoan that will allow the company to fund more loans and grow as the industry moves forward. “I want to shatter all our previous records and take WeLoan to the next stage in its growth”.

When not mentoring the next generation of successful LOs, Keith enjoys Southern California professional and college sports, up close and in person whenever possible.
